But, this that I'm about to mention has always happened and seems to still happen... Whenever I felt I might orgasm before, I would get this really painful cramp in either one of my legs, or both. It's at the part of my leg that joins the thigh to the hip- if you know what i mean (?). I used to get these cramps and I always thought it was something that prevented me from having the orgasm... But, even though now I'm orgasming more and more, I'm still having those cramping feelings- but I try to ignore them until I have my release. Most of the time though, me trying to ignore it makes it be even more painful... I have no idea whats going on with that! I tried to message it out and so has my boyfriend, but the pain just comes right back... Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Is it normal? And how the heck can I get rid of it?! :)Thank you very much... Christina

I used to get hellish cramps in my calves and the doctor told me to try a simple daily calcium supplement. Bam! Problem solved. And heck, it's a good thing to for any young woman to take anyway for building up bone mass against later osteoporosis.

I spoke to somebody that I know and according to them its a sign of a zink Deficiency. I suggest asking your doctor to be sure. Incase its something serious.

Yeah, yoga might help in this situation.
Orgasm in most cases involves most of the major muscle groups causing contractions. The contractions (orgasms) might be shocking to your muscles causing cramping. You can try general stretching at the beginning of your day and at the end - see what happens.
Remember, I said might.
Hope this helps.

does this happen with most of your positions, or only 1? I would think switching positions within the act would prevent your legs from getting stiff and crampy

Yoga. Yoga and more yoga. It is passive stretching. It will help with your flexibility and help to loosen up those muscles. Cheers!
