It seems like women have no rights in Qatar. I did some research and the Supreme Council for Family Affairs have a website. See if you can contact them for help. The UN (United Nations) is aware that there is a very bad problem in Qatar for women being badly treated by men, and they are trying to work with Qatar government to make changes.

Is he physically abusing you? I don't know what is in Qatar, but in the USA there are battered women's shelters that help women get back on their feet.What about friends and family?
