Pot Smoking can affect couples ability to concieve, as the previous poster stated it can affect the sperm.
There is also a fair bit of research to suggest that a father's pot use can have far-reaching implications for a foetus/unborn child - for example, there are links between paternal use of marijuana and childhood leukemia.
You and your partner really should get as much information as you can about pot smoking and potential risks to babies BEFORE you concieve. I'm sure you both want to do all you can to give any baby you may have together the very best chance in life!
Good luck with everything!

Smoking weed will affect your chances of concieving as it lowers testoterone levels and has been shown to slow the sperms mobility (they are effectively getting stoned with him!) and also lowers his sperm count.
It can take a while for some couples to concieve and I wouldnt start worrying until you have been trying for at least 8 months.
So if you really want a baby I would definitly recommend your husband gives up smoking weed completely as it will be having a damaging affect on his health, your health aswell as any babies you may become pregnant with.
Good luck
