NO.
A

Do YOU love him!? Why the hell would you sleep with someone else if your married? Did your husband randomly say to you "honey, i think you should go have sex with someone else"? if he did, then he is probably doing the same thing.

Yep, I agree we need more info. We just don't know what happened. The situation could go from his agreeing to let you have sex with someone else, because you ask him to, to "inviting" you to have sex with another man because he doesn't want you near him. We don't know what happened.
Also, I like Emily's question to you. If you had sex with someone else, could you love him?

I agree that we need more info. For all we know your husband is paralyzed and just wants you to be sexually satisfied.
How did he propose this excused infidelity?
If he wanted to watch, then I am certain he loves you, he just wants to experiment with voyeurism.
If he hasn't had sex with you in months, and acts cold and distant with you, then you probably do have something to worry about.
Also, did you have sex with someone else? Was he "letting" you pick anyone at random, or was it someone he suggested?

The question is, do you love him? Just because he "allows" you to have sex with someone else, doesn't mean you have to.

Did he "allow" you to cheat on him by looking the other way, or did you openly encourage you to have sex with someone else while he watched?
There is a lot of gray area inbetween these extremes.
