He has never let me down and I can always count on him for advice or talk about my problems. I don't get to see him often because he lives an hour away. Well we recently hung out and we ending up kissing. He kissed me and it was totally unexpected... but the problem is I have a boyfriend. Now ever since then, he seems to be distant. Not talking to me as much as he used to, and after 5 years I can definitely tell when he is being different. I don't know if its because of the kiss or if its because he feels bad... Either way, I miss my best friend. I don't know if I should ask him if something is wrong, or should I just wait for him to talk to me when he feels like it?? We used to talk/text a lot, almost everyday.. but now he never contacts me unless I text first and then he just stops responding. So again, my question is why is he being distant? And should I confront him about it or just let it go? -Thank you.

Yeah, he definitely likes you in a more than friendly way. You can try talking it out, but I doubt it will accomplish much. He's likely been suppressing these feelings for a while.
There's no going back, you just need to decide how you want to go forward.
