Question - (1 December 2007) 1 Answers - (Newest, 2 December 2007)
A male United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

My girlfriend and i have been texting each other on and off for 3 months since we split up. she started going to parties every night and because I live far away and I can't drive yet, it got to me that I can't be with her. Since she started getting drunk with her mates everynight it just isn't the sort of girl I go for and when she told me she was that drunk she took exactly that was the final straw so I ended it. Until I can drive and be with her I don't think it would of worked anyway but I love her so much and I feel she is the one I want to spend the rest of my life with. She's 16 will she grow out of this? Should I try and get her back when I can be with her properly?

she says she loves me

what should i do?

help

bqagirl2692 agony auntShe is in the age where all that is important is to party and live wild while you still can. Its normal for a girl her age even though she should watch the whole getting drunk series. If you love her and you believe this can work then keep in touch until that one day you can both properly be together because all that seems to be on her mind right now is to have fun. She doesn't seem ready to commit to you yet. If you are willing to wait for her then do just that. Just make sure it is what she wants as well.
