I have seen porn videos with guys licking girls without problems! And in movies, guys often smell the girls underwear, i dont know if its fictional but to me, it seems that the "you know what" smells good, is my girlfriend different from other girls? And is there a way to remove this...smell? It would realy help since she often get a little... "uppity" since i am not willing to do it. Please, help.

 It shouldnt smell bad, if its fishy or foul smelling she could have BV or an std. If it just smells of stale sex then she's not washing herself properly! BV is actually caused by a girl being too clean and stripping her vagina of the good bacteria that lives in it by using perfumed products.

You have to tell her that it stinks, if I go down on hubbie and it smells I tell him and he will have a wash, more often than not he will shower before bed anyway so try picking your moments like when you know she has just showered. If it still smells tell her to go the docs x

Her vagina may tend to "trap" a certain aroma until opened with fingers or penile penetration. But everyone has smells about them that may or may not seem offensive to someone else - I think that it is genetic for the most part. And as previously mentioned, there are conditions such as bacterial imbalance and disease that can cause extreme odors. This would indicate that medical attention is advised.

 Im a female and its suppost to stink that badly, she may not clean herself properly so maybe you could incorporate a shower to your regular sex routine. ask her if she wants to start in the shower and move from there (and you could clean her while in the shower)
It could be her pubic hair, because if there is alot it may be trapping in the scent.

reader, anonymous, writes (8 August 2008): it has to do with what she eats belive it or not.....why dont you segest a sexy shower for two (and you could do it there or do it after) or if that isnt possible tell her that the smell of her body wash really "gets you going" and ask her to use it befor you "go down" on her.

You'll find that MOST women aren't exactly enthralled by your scent or taste either. Secondly, most women have a distinguished "odor" down there. It isn't going to smell like a field of flowers. Some men like it. Some hate it. Some are indifferent to it. The only problem would arise if she has a "fishy" kind of odor-which could indicate a bacterial infection or STD of some kind. So, if the scent is ultra mega strong and even just slightly fish-like, she may need to see a doctor. But like I said, if you are unwilling to go down on her, please don't expect her to go down on you either. That would make me "uppity" too.

 maybe she has some sort of infection. The girls vagina is constantly producing discharge which can sometimes start to smell a little, and obviously because we wee between the flaps even though we wipe it can still start to smell (lol this seems so weird to be saying) i have lesbian friends and they say that its never going to taste good, you are more or less licking the part where the urine comes out of, so you cant expect it to be rosey.
Porn films and films in general are just fiction, i don't think any man really wants to smell a girls knickers just as a girl doesn't want to smell a mans boxer shorts lol. if it smells really bad, so bad that you cannot stand it then maybe you should stop going down on her and tell a friend that you have that's also a friend of hers to confide in her about it. Well, bring the situation of it up. There could be some sort of infection happening and it that case she really needs to go see her GP about it but it also could just be the natural smells :)
