reader, anonymous, writes (18 May 2008): When in doubt, go to the hospital and have test run quickly! You have a short time period that medical professions can prove you had sex and whether your drink was spiked.
If your drink was spiked, the individual who did this needs to go to jail. As a note, I had a lady friend who's drink was spiked in high shool. She died from it.
If he had sex with you, as stated by our lovely aunts, he did so without your approval, because you were drugged. He to should spend time in jail for this act.
Go to the hospital now! (I say hospital, because they are better prepared to handle it, doctors offices are not).

Usually when someone is spiked they will suffer from nausea, vomitting and hallucinations. Has anyone mentioned you suffering from these that night?
Do you remember leaving the party and returning home? If you can recall this then its unlikely your drink was spiked.
Is there any reason why your friends would say this boy took your virginity? Is there a possibility this boy may have spread this rumour to look cool?
Usually you can have a blood or urine test to see if there is a trace of the drug used to spike, but it may be a bit late now I'm afraid, but look for bruises, cuts and bleeding.
Like most parties, there will also be a trail of untrue gossip after, so dont jump to conclusions right away. No matter how embarrassing it may be, talk to the boy involved, on his own preferably.

Male or female, if somebody drugs you and has sexual activity with you, IT'S RAPE. They have abused you and taken something that you did not consent to give.
You should be able to tell, because there might be bleeding or discharge (sperm) coming from either your anus (ass) or vagina. Go and see your doctor, tell them what happened, ask for an examination and see a counsellor to see if you can recover any memories. If your drink was spiked you need to tell someone, even if it's to talk about how you feel and make sense of everything that happened.
If you think that people are indulging in malicious gossip and it's unlikely that anything occured, speak to the guy in person and find out exactly what happened. Speak to your friends and ask them why they think that you were raped, ask them what the hell happened whilst you were unconscious.
