I think they have been talking about her to you because they want ALL of you to be friends, not because they have replaced you.
Why not get to know her and see if all of you can be friends?

This is really hard for you and i completly understand. Somewhere you need to find the strenght to rise above this and just get to know your friends new found friend.
Just suggest that now you are better maybe you could all meet up and hang out together. If there is some reason why they don,t want to then say ok see you guys soon . Go make some new friends. They will come round you just don,t have to get so upset about it. You will meet lots of new people in your life and its all good! i bet the new girl thinks its great she has found some friends why shouldn,t you be one of them!
