This happened to me when I was a bit younger than you. I ended up going round to her house when I knew her parents would be there and asking her just where she got off telling all these lies about me? She started fake crying and saying that it wasn't lies etc and her mum threw me out but later on my friend called me to apologise, seems her mum had a good talk to her. You need to speak to all your friends individually and ask them why they believe her word above yours and tell them how hurt you are by the way theyre all treating you. Hopefully by being grown up and mature about it you can get people back on your side.

You could try talking to her alone, she may have reacted weird because there were two of you and she felt attacked, but I have little hope she'll give you a reasonable answer as two why she's behaving the way she is. Was she always such a horrible b*tch?
At least your mate seems to be on your side and maybe you can hang out with him until your friends realize that the things this girl has been telling them are just lies. Did you try explaining to any of your friends that she's lying?
I feel for you, because things like this happened to a friend of mine in high school and she didn't take it very well then either. It's just difficult and saddening, especially when you don't know why a person is doing their best to make you hurt.

Hey duckling,
Why does your friend of 5 years suddenly start telling everybody theses things? Is she angry with you for something? Try to talk with her and ask her why she's so hellbent on making you miserable. It's not easy, but I think this is the only way to get her to stop.
