AN anorexic person will generally make excuses not to eat- like "I ate before I came over" or "I had a heavy lunch"
They will generally talk a lot about weight in general and be very interested in food in general- like studying the nutritional facts of each and every product they pick up, commenting on other people-whether to fat or too thin, or what they are eating. They may take EXTREMELY small bites of food in order to make it seem more satisfying.
An anorexic's goal is not to eat anything. Eventually the brain overrides this desire, leading to binging, and purging! An anorexic will generally eat less than about 600 calories a day.
Speak with her parents, if they are reachable. Request they watch her and consider treatment. She may tell you she hates you if it is the case that she is anorexic and you've just told on her, but this is about saving her life.

People who starve themselves suffer from an eating disorder called anorexia. The disorder usually begins in young people around the time of puberty.
Some physical signs of anorexia are:
Thin appearance
Tiredness
Dizziness or fainting
Absence of menstruation
Dry skin
Emotional indications are:
Refusal to eat
Denial of hunger
Excessive exercise
Flat mood, or lack of emotion
Preoccupation with food
Also look out for your friend:
Skipping meals
Making excuses for not eating
Eating only a few certain "safe" foods, usually those low in fat and calories
Adopting rigid meal or eating rituals, such as cutting food into tiny pieces or spitting food out after chewing
Weighing food
Repeated weighing of themselves
Wearing baggy clothing
Complaining about being fat
Hope this helps, take care xx
