The only thing I can think of is to have a word with your solicitor, you need someone that knows how the leagal side of these things work.I dont know how things work in America (or england for that matter lol) but the only sound advice I can give is get in touch with some one that knows.It sounds like he wants to take you for everything you have got or atleast a fair sized chunk.Get a solicitor yourself and fight fire with fire.Good luck
