writes:I am 20 years old, and I am going nuts now.My first ex left me for Bible college (pastor's daughter) and we never spoke for about a year, then I started dating this other girl, for almost 2 years and we lost our virginity to each other about a year in (myself at 19), and then she just recently left me for some jock with a pick-up.My First Ex, call her 'Liz', is now calling me, and among other things talking about coming back.I love Liz alot, I really do, but I have yet to tell her about my lost Virginity. How show I handle this?

 If it comes up, and you are in a relationship, tell her directly. Otherwise, if she is not your girlfriend, it really is none of her business.
I get the impression from your email that you assume SHE is still a virgin too...for all you know she is a completely different person than the one you remember.
