It could be that she comes back, but don't hold your breath. Spend time with your family and friends and keep busy.

It sounds like the typical I don't know what else to say without hurting him break up message. She obviously doesn't want to talk things through with you else she wouldn't have dumped you by text - that's really harsh!!
