im really down and i dont want to use them again cos he'll just laugh but its really painful to walk...i really dont want to talk to him...my mum already knows that i got upset about her calling me a drama queen... its just my dad will keep laughing and teasing me whenever i use the crutches and its really getting me down. ...any thoughts?

Hey babe! I totally agree with Mandy. Just let your mom know you're feeling crummy and ask if they can lay off the jokes till you feel better. Then after you feel Bette crack a joke to your dad about how one day when he is old you will still push his wheelchair for him.and if for some reason I just offended you because he is really in a wheel chair, I'm really sorry!

I use to get so upset with my step dad and mom when they would crack jokes. I am a total klutz and always hurting something. I have learned over the years how to throw it right back at them.

My real dad on the other hand is a total jerk and if I get hurt he always says my husband should just take me out and shoot me like a horse. Or he will say something to the same effect as the whole horse thing that if my husband had checked my teeth first he would have known to stay away. Because you check the horses mouth to make sure they are healthy.

Just take it in stride for now and then throw it back at him later!

I hope your foot feels better! Being a klutz I know how you feel!

Hope your day gets better!

pepper27 agony auntHi Hunny

Parents can take the mickey all the time hun and its a good job you don't live with me as I'm always teasing my kids but its always in fun..Never meant in a hurtful way and they no..And now they are older I get it back big time...

It is probably said in fun but because your feeling down your getting very upset by it all, Talk with your mum and just explain your feeling a little low about stuff at this moment and you are taking all this to heart and its hurting you...I've always told the children to come to me with any problems and that way we can have our fun but we can also talk when they feel not to good..If you want a chat hunny message me I've got a daughter not much younger than you, I no how she is taking things at this moment as her hormones are playing up so everything is not so funny at this moment...HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER SOON LOVE N HUGS MANDY XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
