He wrote to me on Wednesday to check on me. I describe what was going on and how bad I feel, and then told I really wished he was OK and that I hope everything is going well for him there. He didn't answered. I don´t know what to think, he writing just for politeness or is he having troubles himself maybe and don´t want to tell me, but why he does that anyway. Please advice how should I feel? I mean is it normal to people ask how you are and not saying anything back, or is it just me being too sensible right now? Why asking if you´re not saying anything back?

perhaps he does have something troubling him.
but not everyone checks there emails everyday so give him sometime to reply give him a chance to read your email and respond to it.
he may be very busy at the moment or stressed with something that he's not had a chance to get to his pc and reply to you.
just chill out and give him some time :)
he'll reply in time.
hope this helps.
