You don't need to see anything. Tell him to stop watching porn if he's feeling insecure about his size; those guys are hired because they are oversized. Kind of like supermodels being hired because they are superskinny.

Tell him that. Id also make the point to him that you are his sister and that you dont ever want to have anything to do with him in that way.

But remember that only YOU draw where the line goes for you. In the case that it is your brother, I would not consider this cheating. But your boyfriend may think of it as such.
Not to say you would do anything with your brother, but if you were single you would only be responsible to yourself for your actions. Your boyfriend might expect you to report back to him on the things you do, or he is easily hurt? So you need to consider him too if you want to keep him.
Ultimately though, I would stick to my own rules and say that this is not cheating, and that you are an individual who is allowed to make her own decisions in this particular case. However you sound unsure, so if in doubt: don't do it. He can ask his mom to check just as well as he can ask you.

That's beyond the question of cheating on your boyfriend. It's bordering on incest. That's completely inappropriate and disturbing. Seeing him naked when you were children is fine, there's nothing sexual about that. But as adults...*shudders*
I think if your boyfriend found out, he wouldn't see it as cheating, but he wouldn't see it as fine or normal either.
