So he moved out yesterday and said he needed to get away. He said he still wants to be friends and hang out with me, but I am just so confused and hurt right now. This came as a total shock to me. I could tell something was bothering him the past month or two but he would never really tell me what it was. I never imagined it was something like this. What should I do? Deep inside of me I feel that he is still in love with me and that he is the one. I mean, he never really acted like he was having doubts about anything. He was as affectionate and loving as hes ever been. He said hes been thinking about it for a while, but I never would have guessed. I just don't understand. We moved in together just a few months after we got together, could that have had anything to do with the way he is feeling? I need some advice...I love him so much and am in love with him, but I feel he still is too...I'm so confused, what should I do?

I´m sorry for the pain you´re in, but when we´re in pain, we can´t see the situation in an objective light.
I´m not sure if this will be comforting (I hope it will), but I have been in a LOT of pain before, and had my heart broken, and people told me that things happened for reasons sometimes.
I didn´t believe it then, but I look back on these things, and in retrospect I realize that something good came out of it.
I see that you´re 18-21,and I´m assuming that the (now ex) boyfriend is probably around the same age. Unfortunately, he is probably very immature and doesn´t know what he wants in life.
At the age you are now, you should pinpoint your passion, and find yourself. I ask you this... what do you want to do with your one life? What is your passion? Now is the time to find out who you are.

You need to give him space right now so he can think things through. There is obviously something that is getting to him, and only he can sort it out, so guve him space. As for hanging out, that will pout more strain on you, so I would advise against it too much. Give him space, and maybe he'll open up.
