DoubleM agony auntThere is a physical method if he is willing to work at it, by exercising the muscles that can delay ejaculation. At his likely age, the muscles are strong, he just needs to be more aware of it. It's called "Kegel Exercises" and you can enter that in the search field above to learn more.

love-him agony auntHEY!!

Just wondering.. but is saying premature right? anyway.. He may be under stress so that may be one of the reasons, meaning try calm him down more.. use a lot of fore play towards you.. to get you 'nearly there'.. things like that :) my boyfriend is the same.. Try the durex condoms (performa) they work amazingly!

Feel free to mail me at any time x x x

A male reader, 17Irish17 United States +, writes (11 March 2008):

Ive actually heard this from a urologist. It actually takes practice. Stimulate him and just before ejaculation, stop. Let his penis go soft and repeat. If you do this on a regular basis, he should be able to go longer. If this doesnt work, he may have to see a urologist or sex therapist.

Good luck
