You need to call him or try to arrange a visit with him. You need to tell him that you are feeling that you two are losing contact and you miss him.
However, he has moved to college and is probably very busy. Also, the move to college often results in new social settings and the making of many new friends. It is best for you to be realistic and realize that this relationship might not work because of his new life and the distance between the two of you.

Well, you could just let him know you miss hearing from him........however, he's now at college, and he most likely is very busy getting settled in and beginning to immerse himself in his classes and studies......he will be meeting lots of new people and there will be numerous social events......when is the next time you'll be seeing him?
