nothing.lasts.and.nothing's.lost agony auntFirstly, if you can't get rid of it in time don't be embarressed about it it's very common, more so than you think. But here's a few tips of what helps to get rid of it. Eating natural yoghart daily. Cutting out sugary foods, cutting out alcohol, and wearing loose clothing. If you haven't allready taken the pill aswell as used the cream, you should do so. You don't need a prescription you can walk into the chemist and ask for one, 'canesten duo' and if all this fails, then you should try using a vaginal pessery, that doesn't sound plesant I know! But it usually does the trick. Don't stress about it, especially just cause of your boyfriend coming home, I'm sure he'll understand.

LilPixie agony auntIf you haven't already done so, you should think about going to the doctors. They should be able to give you some medication that is slightly stronger than what you can get over the counter.

Don't worry too much about it being back when he is home. I've had it so I know it can be a little awkward or embarassing but it's nothing to be ashamed about. If it does come back just explain your situation to him and tell him that you're trying to get rid of it.
