 Well, many of the people on this site are struggling with jealousy issues but I have looked through the archives and this is the first time that the competition has been..well, a pig. Are you an animal lover? Could you not visualise yourself and your boyfriend hand in hand with his pride and enjoy in tow? My understanding is that many people do keep pigs as pets because they are intelligent, clean and social. Perhaps these are the qualities that you should put on your wish list for your next boyfriend if this guy does not give this one up.

Well have you ever had a new pet? He's not used to having the pet, and the worst thing you can do is complain as he will see it as uneccessary jealousy. Let the novelty wear off and soon things will be fine.
