Hate to be the old granny here but though I can see oral sex with a condom on is not much fun, you do also have to remember that unless he's been tested for any sexual diseases, you could be just getting a mouthful. Now before all you guys start having a go at me, I want to tell you something. I am old enough to be your grandmother, I don't need to use contraception, but I have to tell you that I met and married a guy much younger than me and I declined oral sex and unprotected sex until he took a blood test. my advise to u is to simply wipe his penis or ask him to wipe his penis before u go down on him.
u can even do it without him noticing, just put saliva in your hand and wipe it with it and then proceed

I'm sure he would understand if you explained the situation. But as I said, this can take away some of the pleasure. Other than that, i'm not sure there is a lot you can do, he has no control over it remember. x
