what a horrid boy, not only did he get into your diary but he then repeats what you have written.
He has totally broken your trust, this is why you are finding it difficult to speak
Try and explain what he has done, and how it has made you feel, let him know how easy it is to lose trust and how difficult it is to regain it.
With luck he might get the point, but if it seems he hasnt, walk away from him, he isnt worth your time and effort.

To be honest, he's really broken your trust. A diary is supposed to be a private thing, and he read it all and even told you about it. He should have known better. That said, he's still a young guy and young guys screw up. But I read your other post about him wanting you to change, so I'd still say that you need to leave him.
