I dont ever remember my hymen being broken and thats my problem. Yesterday my BF and i were waiting in the car and he fingered me, it really hurt, i was thinking it was his nails but they were trimmed..and i thought it might have been the position but we've done it like that before. Today im bleeding, its not my period though...i know when im getting my period and it seems different, i dont know what it is, im really scared, does anyone know what it could be? Would it be my hymen? Is there something wrong?...

It stopped after a day, I think it was just rubbed raw almost. It kinda hurt to pee too just kinda stung when the urine went in that direction. I wouldnt worry bout it :)

Generally, when a female's hymen breaks it'll only bleed a little bit, when the action that breaks the hymen takes place. What I mean is, if you have sex now, and break it, it won't bleed tomorrow.
I strongly suggest that you see a doctor as soon as possible.

reader, anonymous, writes (25 March 2008): I don't think it's anything to worry about honey. Although you're sexually active, it still could be your hymen. If the bleeding doesnt stop by tomorrow, go see your doctor. Your hymen should only make you bleed a little bit! Not like a period or anything. But yes, go see your doctor if it doesnt stop.
