After a few drinks when she grabbed my hand then we disappeared for a bit and made out upstairs, I got her number and cut from the party cause I didn't want anyone finding out, I was pretty embarrassed the next day when I sobered up. After that we didn't mention it, but she acted like nothing happened and I was pretty crushed, was it just the drink?

I don't think so. Chances are that she feels the same way as you and probably assumed that you wanted to forget everything. She was also probably to embarrassed to be the first to talk things out. Take lead, she'll probably follow.
