First off your are still very young so don't take things to quick. if you really want him to kiss you make the first move, its ok my first kiss the girl made the first move and everything just flowed from there,

 hey look im 12 and im a guy so heres what u do u ask him to go out to a cinema or some where then if he does the yawning move it should be time to kiss him plus if the say they arent the shy type they actuall are.
