writes: My boyfriend says that he likes me a lot. That he cares about me. But as soon as we get around his friends, all he ever does is talk about having sex with other girls. I don't mean that he goes out and actually does it. Sometimes I think he wishes he was single so he could be 'free' and have sex with whoever he wanted. This defintely puts a strain in the relationship and I always feel so pressured to try and impress him so he doesn't leave.I don't want to lose him but I don't want him to feel caught either. That's the culprit there!-his friends. He is trying to impress his friends. He's acting like he's a ladies' man. He is doing this to boost his ego among his friends. He's trying to prove to them that he is still cool. His friends probably give him grief because he has a girlfriend. Your job now is to let him know how this makes you feel. If he cannot stand up to his friends, it's best you avoid these guys. It's sad that he says he likes you but not enough to stand up for you. You can find somebody better if he doesn't change this behavior. This behavior is very immature and childish. Hope this info helps! Your big sis
