My bf has been going to see 'male' strippers! What am I to make of this?

A female United Kingdom age 36-40, anonymous writes:

I found out off a good friend of mine that my boyfriend had been going to see male strippers frequently - spending on upwards about £3,000 a month on this "hobby".

I asked my boyfriend, and he didn't deny it, and said, "relax, it's entertainment!"

I asked him if he was gay, and he said no, and that he went with two other mates (also male), and said they aren't gay either.

He says it's nothing for me to worry about, but I should worry, shouldn't I??

TasteofIndia agony auntHey sweetness,

Maybe if he saw male dancers every once in awhile with his buddies... no big deal. I'm all about people experimenting and having fun any way they'd like. However, spending THAT kind of dough? Somethings up... as rhythmandblues noted, no man would spend that kind of dough on a half naked guy unless he was interested. No man would spend that kind of money on a women and not be interested! Whatever sex, 3,000 bones is a lot to be spending.

Does he spend lots of money frivolously all the time? Does he have money to throw around? Does he spend this much on you?

Somethings definitely up. Maybe he's just bi or bi-curious, but if he's claiming he's completely straight and spending all this money? Something doesn't quite add up.

Hmm...

He sounds like he is definately unsure of his sexuality, and may be wanting to experiment with having sex with other men, he may be bi-sexual, bi-curious, or just a freak of nature, and hasn't decided which team he wants to play on....No heterosexual male would spend that kind of money on watching other men, strip and dance nude, sorry.
