writes:ok. so my bf is pissing me off. I feel like we always have the same fights because nothing gets resolved!! He doesnt have any guy friends. and when i want to go out or have people over he throws a fit if he has to be involved in anyway. He wont come out with me EVER! and if i want to have people over he either throws a fit and asks if i can go out or hangs out in the bedroom playing is video games. Last year he kinda got this friend from where he works. Its a girl and i can honestly say i dont think anything is goin on between them. ive met her. we have all hung out. She is nice but doesnt have a bf. about a few months ago she admitted to him when she was drunk that she has this huge crush on him. He told me about it. And since she is his only friend and i trust that he wouldnt ever cheat on me i was ok with them still being friends! But weird shit keeps happening like she rubbed his feet one time. she makes him food, she asks him to come over all the time and yesterday she even texted him that she didnt feel good and asked if he would go to the store for her. (she lives across town) HE WAS GONNA GO DO IT! i threw a fit and said it was ridiculous she is treating him like he is her bf...he didnt see anything wrong with any of this. I hate to throw a fit because i doubt he has cheated on me with her and she is his only friend. I just dont understand how its ok to hang around this crazy girl but he cant even stand to be around any of my friends...And how can he go through life without any friends. i dont get why someone wouldnt want to have friends. He says he doesnt need that. He doesnt need to have friends to be happy and doesnt see why i have such a problem with him not wanting to go out with my friends. Says they are my friends and he doesnt have fun hanging out with them. What the hell? this is an ongoing thing and its embarrassing everytime they invite me and my bf out he doesnt show up. Im always by myself. i cant take it anymore. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

You people need to have a proper talk, not a fight. If he's not a sociable person, he needs to make a compromise to hang out once in a while with your friends when invited. When they come over, he should make the effort to greet them, talk with them for a bit before excusing himself so that they should get acquainted with him, and see him as a nice person. For the sake of being civilised at least, he should make an effort.As for the female friend, i'd like to applaud you for not being jealous. Your bf indeed has the right to chat with people of any sex but with this friendship there is a need for boundaries. That girl needs to have respect that her friend has a girlfriend so there are certain things she shouldnt do. Both of them need to know where to draw the line. Make it clear what you're not comfortable with, and he should be willing to make adjustments.
