Generally babies will cut their top incisors between 8 and 10 months of age, and top canines between 16 and 24 months.
But it's very individual, there are plenty of exceptions to the general rule.

theres no gurantee on which teeth will come first when it comes to teeth!! if it is causing discomfort then consider taking him to the dentist just to put your mind at ease... hope this helps!! gud luk!!
