My anger slowly builds up and I lash out, help?

Hey again everyone.

I'm worried about myself, as from time to time, I get fairly angry over a lot of small things parcelled up into one, as I try to suppress the fact I'm angry.

And I fear this may turn me into someone violent, when I'm actually a respectful and kind person(or so I'm told ;)!)

Anybody know how I can keep it all together and still be the cool headed person I am?

Words your mouth that made your angry, you cant control them. But one thing you can control is what you choose to store in your memory.

So try not to care what others said. simple as that. :)

give an example of the source of your anger.
