I think she seems left out you'll be at your dads place with your bf but she'll be at home, tell her she can meet him if she wants maybe she'll come around. You should reassure about the situation. Then remind her that you are turning 16 and that although you are not a proper adult you are turning into one, shouldn't you make your own decisions.
