I knew I was a lesbian long before my fantasies became reality. You do not need to have sex to know if you are gay or not, just as you do not need to have sex to know if you are straight! It is true, many women have lesbian fantasies but are straight, the question you really need to ask is can you see yourself in a relationship with a woman? The fact that you are happily married to a man means that you are probably not a lesbian, but the fact that you have 'always' had fantasies could indicate that you are bisexual. If you are happy, don't let it bother you. Share your fantasies with him; he may like them and saying it aloud may help you figure out whether your fantasies are purely curiosity, or if maybe there is more to it. I hope that helps!
