You are not alone, lots of women tend to clamp up at the thought of something being inserted into their vagina and this includes tampons. Can you give me a little bit more information about WHY you feel this way? Did something happen to you when you were younger to bring on this fear?

Sounds like you have an industrial strength hymen, your doctor can take care of this for you, it is not a common problem but I actually know someone who had to have hers removed by this minor surgery so it can't be all that rare.
