reader, anonymous, writes (6 May 2009): You would totally know. It's a very strong feeling and you can hardly think of anything while it's happening because it takes over your entire body. Your muscles may contract and you may get twitchy while its happening. Your muscles would contract and your eyes would shut.. You would know. Some of them are weaker though and not as "holy crap." Sounds like you need to get more involved with yourself.
