It isn't necessarily a red flag, but it is something that could be an indicator of past associations. I'd venture she probably worked with these people in the past, or they go way back.
On the bright side, she's probably pretty liberal in her sexual attitude. She could be a lot of fun in the sack! Just make sure she's clean (STD's) before you go bareback.
