writes:What do i do if im in love with a guy and he doesnt love me back? plus he was my best friend. I know im in love no matter what, i never thought i could feel this way for someone. no matter how much pain he puts me through i still love him. over the summer i sent him a message telling him i liked him and that took alot of guts. i know he got the message cause my friend saw him over the summer and asked but he never replied and now school has started again and we dont talk anymore at all not even as friends. i also thought he liked me before i sent the message i guess he lead me on. he would always stare at me and smile even my friends noticed he would tease me some and he always leaned in close to me when i talked to him. he showed all the signs and now im left with nothing. i cant understand why he did this and i never found out how he felt about me all i know is i need to get over him

 he may have got scared that a relationship would kill the comfort zone he feels with u. If you miss him than send him a message that you don't know what you were thinking when you told him you liked him. Just don't ever expect more than friends and honestly, if you stay friends with someone you love but who does not recipricate, it will just keep tearing you apart. If you want to move on then pretend he lives in another country or something and go find someone who will be more than friends
