Love sick for my step-cousin: how do I show her I love her?

Alright, i've got this step cousin that i'm starting to love over the years. We've slept together couple times, tease each other and we're closer than our own cousins. Now it's to the point where i'm love sick over her. If you could i need help on some steps to show her that i love her.
