If you have not had sex and/or have not gotten semen inside of you, then it is impossible to have become pregnant.
Sometimes hormonal changes, diet, and other physical factors can effect a girl's menstruation. Sometimes you can get it but it was so quick or light that you didn't even realize.
I would not be too worried, but I would get a pregnency test from the pharmacy just to give you peace of mind. They are cheap and all you have to do is pee on it. If you don't get your period next month, you should see a healtcare professional as it may be a more serious issue involving vitamin or hormonal deficiency that should be addressed.
