Looking for a great play list of songs to work out to.

Last spring I went through a rough break up and I still have some slight bitterness about the whole thing. Lately I've been getting slightly out of shape and have wanted to start working out again. My job has been making that a bit difficult but I have been finding some time here and there. I like to listen to music while I work out and I came up with the idea to make a playlist full of songs that kind of have a pump-up, down with love, semi-screw you kind of attitude towards them. More or less something I can try and use as a release for all the negative feelings I have towards my ex. I was wondering if anyone out there had any suggestions for good songs to put on that kind of playlist. I'm not too picky about genre but definitely no slow songs and I'm looking for stuff that has a lot of energy to it.

Any ideas?

I tend to get worked out to things like Paramore - decode. MUSE! Alesha Dixon - the boy does nothing/breathe slow. Town called malice - the Jam. T-REX. Chelsea Dagger - The Fratellis Anything with an upbeat tune really. Hope I helped!
