aphrodites_pendant agony aunttake a long look in the mirror and look at your good points. Concentrate on what you like about yourself. Now look at your hair specifically and what you do like about your hair - perhaps the length, the colour or even something as simples as the way it sits.

Having confidence in life is key to achieve the things you wnat but at the same time no one is completely happy with themselves. If we sat down and picked at every thing we hated about our bodies we would never leave the house! If you wnat true confidence then get out there and start working towards your goals, you'll find that confidence will come along the way.

plumzie agony auntHi

Ok...I think your hair or the problem you have with it is causing you grief and stress.

However, you are not alone.

Analyse the exact problem you feel you have with your hair...then do some searching on the internet...there will be an expert out there who will be able to help.

e.g. thinning hair - cover ups...toupes...wigs...hair replacements

hair style - hairdressers

alopecia - specialists who can help

Look at your self in the mirror and tell yourself you look great and your hair looks great! Build up your self esteem this way.

best of luck and remember...we all are unique...there is someone out there who will LOVE the way your hair looks! She may just find your hair the biggst turn on....so beware!!!

A female reader, dragonette Sweden +, writes (6 May 2007):

dragonette agony auntI guess that people might have complexes about their hair as well as their big ass, small breasts, short neck, short unmentionables or other things. A hair complex is of course really unusual.

How about you go to the hair dressers and ask him to recommend you a hair style. Make a total make over of your hair, maybe you're supposed to be a red-head?

If you've always had long hair, try cutting it really short, it will give you more courage in dealing with people because it will force you to look at them since you will have no hair to hide behind.

Helen Help! :) agony auntThis is a simple solution huni just go to the hairdresses look on the internet or thru magazines and see if you can find a hairstyle or hair colour that ude love to have and then perhaps take a pic to the hairdresses with u and tell them tht this is the hairstyle ude like and they'll do there best to match it for you. If u feel confident and have high self-esteem itll show thru and make you more attractive good luk and get hunting. ive just recently it was last thursday ive had completely different hair it was all jet black n now its blonde black brown and red hehe i love it :)
