reader, anonymous, writes (2 August 2007): personally i believe you are looking for a way of having fun with out actually having to commit, probably something that you wouldnt even realise you were afraid of but its worth thinking about your feelings towards comitment and feeling vulnerable.

 every girl has fantasies of meeting a hunky bloke in a romantic place and getting something out of him and even i do and i have a boyfriend who i've been with for over a year there isnt anything wrong with it its just an escape because some guys arent exactly romantic and every girl wants romance !

 You may be fantasising of a holiday romance because it is literally an escape from your day to day life, as holidays generally are - throw some romance in there and it seems like the perfect escape. But you have to ask yourself what happens if you do have a holiday romance and then you come home and want to see the lad again - would you be able to see him easily, remember holiday romances can lead to broken hearts, are you prepared to risk it?
