Do I need to take the morning after pill from the family planning clinic? And if so does this mean I have to wait until after my next period before I can have sex without a condom again?

missing one pill has no increase on your safety.
I take the pill and have missed a few pills. If you take your missed pill in 12 hours then its fine. after 12 then there may be a lil bit of increase in ur safety, but one pill is nothing. dont worry about it hun.
Also you can have sex in the week break as it says your still protected in the Contraceptive leaflet. Get one at ur Family planning clinic or GP. most questions are in there. or if you want to email me I can scan the for you.

You should read the instructions inside the packet of your pills, they will inform you of what to do when you miss a pill.

Could you not have done an online search "what if I miss a birth control pill?"
If you only were a day or a few hrs. late taking it, I assume you're fine. the hormones in the pill don't just leave your body that fast.
