I let another 2 weeks go by and took another HPT and came back positive. I had no pregnancy symptoms right there and then besides a missed period and a positive HPT. Sometimes it is all in your head when you start thinking about it more and more. It used to happen to me all the time. I swore I had the symptoms but reality was that there was nothing there =)Good luck!

The person who could best help you would be a doctor. Make an appointment with a gynecologist and go see them. Missing a period is not unusual, especially after having taken plan b twice. But a gynecologist will be able to give you a blood test for pregnancy (although home pregnancy tests tend to be pretty accurate - my guess would be that you aren't pregnant). But more importantly, the gynecologist can help you get set up with a birth control plan that will most likely regulate your period and help you avoid using plan b in the future.
If you don't have insurance, most cities have free women's health clinics; I'm sure a little internet searching could help you find a place to find care. Good luck.
