writes: I've just has a circumcision as i suffered from a tight foreskin and frenulum breve.For over 2 years i have suffered with premature ejaculation and can only last 20 seconds before i ejaculated with or without a condom.I'm now waiting for the stitches to dissolve which apparently takes about 2 weeks but i was wondering will this now cure my premature ejaculation?Also do you know or have you yourself found a way of lasting longer in bed and cured premature ejaculation?I really want to solve this problem.Thanks

Unfortunately, theres not a whole lot you can do about this. It's just your particular biology. All you can really do is manage it. One trick is to masturbate and ejaculate prior to having sex. Sometimes the second orgasm will take you longer and you can have a satisfactory sexual encounter. Try this with masturbation. See if it works for you.
Taking an antidepressent can have the effect of slowing an orgasm. They are working on a short acting antidepressent for this problem. Check it out. See if a doctor will allow you to go on an antidepressent to delay ejaculation. He might.
