Can we still kiss and not "get caught together" when wearing braces?

Yes you will be fine, just don't go near any strong magnets together, lol!
People don't tend to kiss with their teeth so there should be no problem at all.

Sweetie, I had braces for years. Not a problem for kissing. If you go further, I would suggest being careful during oral sex and I can fully assure you the braces can get caught on delicate skin. Use your lips as a barrier
