Yes, she can. First of all, the two first responses are right and wrong depending on the woman. When a woman has an orgasm, the uterus and cervix play a part in it. If she has neither, there may be problems. If her nerves were damaged in the removal, she may have even bigger problems.Here is a question posted about it with a few suggestions for helping with orgasm issues. But, if there was a rather extensive surgical procedure, for cancer or lymph node resections, or radiation therapy, nerves may have been injured that lead to problems.

Yes. Even though the uterus contracts during climax, a women don't NEED to have a uterus to climax.
If she has problems it might have to do more with menopause/hormonal imbalance then anything else.
