I'm not sure if you are talking about the inner lips or something hanging directly out. I dont see why your parents would find out if you are 22-25. Just go to your gyno and ask what it is. I just have a huge feeling that you are much younger than you are saying and that you are just learning the parts of your body and that what you are seeing is the inner lips of the vagina.

If you decided to make yourself older and are really younger then i would say that is your inner labia, and it is part of your vagina.
Being 12 I have not lost my virginity so this isn't exactly my knowledgable area, but it could be your hymen... didn't you do this in sex ed?
