 You seem a bit troubled by this. Is it what you wanted? It is possible to get into situations where you are afraid or dont know how to say no. If you are not ready for this then you must tell him your not ready. If he cares about you he will respect your decision. My worry is what will happen next and are you ready for that sort of step. You are very young so you should take things slowly. Only ever do what you feel 100% comfortable with.

It sounds like you didn't like it, or it is bothering you.
It's your body - if you're not ready for this, then you should say so. Just say: "I'm not ready for this, I don't want you to touch me there.". If he's a good guy, he'll wait. If not, then better off without him.
If you did like it, then just slowly take you time getting used to him. Don't be pressurised into sex before you're ready. There is absolutely no need.
